HDFC Bank customers will not be able to use their Net banking account and mobile banking app on November 13, 2021 from 12 AM till 6 AM. Through an email sent to its customers, HDFC Bank stated, ” As part of our Future Ready program to offer you a smoother banking experience, we are upgrading our backend systems. Due to this, you will be unable to carry out transactions on our NetBanking platform and MobileBanking App from 12:00 AM IST to 6:00 AM IST on 13th Nov 2021.”
However, the HDFC Bank email stated that, “During this time you can continue to seamlessly carry out transactions via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, EVA and ATM.”
