Bohra Industries(down 5.00%), Sikko Industries(down 4.93%), Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals(down 3.09%), Southern Petrochemicals Industries(down 2.64%), Coromandel International(down 2.38%), Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers(down 2.04%), Agro Phos(down 1.99%), Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers(down 1.80%), Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers (down 1.58%) and KRISHANA(down 1.48%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 200.95 points down at 17563.85, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 688.0 points at 58948.01 at around 11:04AM.
Bharti Airtel(up 3.72%), Asian Paints(up 1.79%), Power Grid Corporation of India(up 1.22%), Hindalco Industries(up 0.94%), Britannia Industries(up 0.85%), Cipla(up 0.81%), Tata Consultancy(up 0.73%), Wipro(up 0.38%) and JSW Steel(up 0.22%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Bajaj Finance(down 4.53%), Reliance Industries(down 3.61%), Tata Motors(down 3.59%), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(down 3.05%), Titan Company Ltd(down 2.94%), Bajaj Finserv(down 2.55%), State Bank of India(down 2.53%), Maruti Suzuki(down 2.29%), Indian Oil Corporation(down 2.16%) and NTPC(down 2.03%) were trading in the red.
