Sikko Industries(down 4.94%), Madras Fertlizers(down 0.89%), Coromandel International(down 0.44%), National Fertilizer(down 0.38%), Madhya Bharat Agro Products(down 0.33%) and Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers (down 0.25%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 5.75 points up at 17420.8, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 49.3 points at 58390.29 at around 10:40AM.
Reliance Industries(up 3.05%), Divis Laboratories(up 1.1%), Tech Mahindra(up 0.91%), Dr Reddys Laboratories(up 0.81%), Infosys(up 0.79%), Kotak Mahindra Bank(up 0.76%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(up 0.64%), HDFC LIFE INSURANCE(up 0.61%), HCL Technologies(up 0.58%) and Tata Motors(up 0.43%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Indian Oil Corporation(down 1.92%), Shree Cement(down 1.86%), ICICI Bank(down 1.62%), Coal India(down 1.45%), Hindalco Industries(down 1.42%), IndusInd Bank(down 1.17%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation(down 1.13%), HDFC(down 1.06%), Eicher Motors(down 1.04%) and NTPC(down 1.03%) were trading in the red.
