MUMBAI: The retail investor category was subscribed 2.83 times while the qualified institutional investor category was subscribed 48.57 times. The non institutional investor or high net worth category was subscribed 10.52 times.
The IPO was an offer for sale of 7.5 crore shares with no fresh issue component. The company’s only public shareholder, Telecommunications Consultants India divested 15% stake in the company. The price band for the IPO was between Rs 542-570 apiece.
