While Clariant Chemiclas (India) (down 9.27 per cent), Shilpa Medicare (down 8.54 per cent), Jubilant Pharmova (down 6.07 per cent), Ramkrishna Forgings (down 5.99 per cent) and Arman Financial Serv (down 5.98 per cent) were the top losers in the index.
The S&P BSE SmallCap index was trading 0.81 per cent up at 20043.57 around 02:55PM.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 74.60 points at 15134.3, while the BSE Sensex was down 332.73 points at 51371.1.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 25 were trading in the green, while 25 were in the red.
