MUMBAI: Welspun Group Master Trust bought 4.1 million shares of at Rs 120 on Tuesday through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.
Prior to the acquisition today, Welspun Master Trust held 45.22 per cent stake in the company, as per the December shareholding data.
Shares of Welspun Enterprises ended 1.2 per cent higher at Rs 118.75 on the NSE.
