(down 19.97 per cent) , SSPN Finance (down 19.95 per cent) , Simmonds Marsh (down 13.39 per cent) , Vanta Bioscience (down 10.14 per cent) , Paragon Finance (down 9.76 per cent) , Kaira Can (down 8.98 per cent) , Freshtrop Fruit (down 8.55 per cent) , Viji Finance (down 7.69 per cent) , Acrow India (down 7.13 per cent) and Baid Leasing (down 7.02 per cent) were among the top losers.
In the Nifty pack, 45 stocks were in the green, while 5 stocks were in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 250.35 points up at 14757.65.
On the NSE, Dhani Ibull Ventures (PP),Global Education, Future Retail and Indian Railway Finance Corporation touched their new 52-week low in trade.
Meanwhile, Tata Steel BSL, Orchid Pharma , Tata Steel, JSW Steel, Shree Cements, Adani Transmission, Godrej Ind., Prism Johnson , Dr Lal Pathlabs and 3M India touched their fresh 52-week high today.
