NSE-BSE bulk deals: SBI MF, Morgan Stanley among buyers in Crompton Greaves

MUMBAI: SBI Mutual Fund, Morgan Stanley and Ashoka India Opportunities Fund were among 19 institutional investors buying a substantial stake in Crompton Greaves Consumer Electronics through multiple block deals on BSE.

Amalfiaco, the promoter entity of Crompton Greaves, sold 33.66 million shares of the company through multiple block deals on BSE at an average price of Rs. 400 per share. Prior to the transaction, Amalfiaco had held a 11.36 per cent stake in the company.

In another transaction, Nomura Singapore bought 1.88 million Pricol shares at Rs 89.5 apiece through a bulk deal on BSE.

Meanwhile, Norges Bank bought 585,037 Nazara Technologies shares at Rs. 1,641.95 apiece through a bulk deal on NSE.
