NEW DELHI: MindTree (Rs. 2230.46 crore), Wipro (Rs. 1617.05 crore), Happiest Minds (Rs. 1210.42 crore), Just Dial (Rs. 1037.16 crore), Tata Steel (Rs. 1030.44 crore), Adani Ports SEZ (Rs. 969.26 crore), Infosys (Rs. 885.62 crore), RIL (Rs. 823.01 crore), ICICI Bank (Rs. 772.87 crore) and HDFC Bank (Rs. 734.24 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Wednesday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index ended the session 41.6 points up at 15853.95, while BSE Sensex rose 134.32 points to 52904.05.
In the Nifty index, Wipro Ltd. (up 7.02 per cent), Tech Mahindra Ltd. (up 2.70 per cent), HCL Technologies Ltd. (up 2.22 per cent), Infosys Ltd. (up 2.07 per cent) and Larsen & Toubro Ltd. (up 2.05 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, UPL Ltd. (down 1.47 per cent), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. (down 1.39 per cent), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd. (down 0.96 per cent), Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (down 0.90 per cent) and Nestle India Ltd. (down 0.86 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
