NEW DELHI: Aditya Puri, the ex-head of HDFC Bank, India’s largest private lender by market capitalization, has joined the board of pharmaceutical company as chairperson, the company said in an exchange release.
The company released consolidated results for the Apr-Jun quarter today.
Vineeta Rai, former revenue secretary for the Centre has been appointed as an independent director.
Rajendra Rao, founder, Aurore Life Sciences has been appointed as Executive Chairman and Vice-Chairman Designate, while the founder of the company Arun Kumar has joined as non-executive director.
