NEW DELHI: JP Power (number of shares traded: 9.20 crore), Vodafone Idea (number of shares traded: 3.53 crore), YES Bank (number of shares traded: 2.10 crore), SAIL (number of shares traded: 2.09 crore), Zomato Ltd. (number of shares traded: 1.27 crore), GTL Infra (number of shares traded: 1.21 crore), ITC (number of shares traded: 1.16 crore), Vakrangee (number of shares traded: 1.11 crore), Power Grid (number of shares traded: 1.06 crore) and PNB (number of shares traded: 0.95 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:04AM in Thursday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index was trading 44.65 points up at 16326.9, while BSE Sensex was up 156.15 points at 54682.08 at the time of writing this report.
In the Nifty index, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (up 2.47 per cent), Tech Mahindra Ltd. (up 1.70 per cent), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (up 1.48 per cent), Tata Motors Ltd. (up 1.47 per cent) and Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd. (up 1.25 per cent) were among the top gainers.
While Eicher Motors Ltd. (down 0.56 per cent), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (down 0.51 per cent), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (down 0.38 per cent), Divi’s Laboratories Ltd. (down 0.34 per cent) and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. (down 0.30 per cent) were among the top losers in the index.
