Shares of Godrej Properties (up 1.72 per cent), Phoenix Mills (up 1.32 per cent), Prestige Estates Projects (up 1.08 per cent), SOBHA (up 0.65 per cent) and DLF (up 0.08 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack.
On the other hand, Hemisphere Properties India (down 2.1 per cent), Indiabulls Real Estate (down 2.04 per cent), Sunteck Realty (down 1.6 per cent), Oberoi Realty (down 1.43 per cent) and Brigade Enterprises (down 0.31 per cent) finished as the top losers of the day.
The Nifty Realty index closed 0.27 per cent up at 374.5.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index ended up 2.25 points at 16636.9, while the BSE Sensex stood up 4.89 points at 55949.1.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 20 ended in the green, while 30 closed in the red.
Shares of Vodafone Idea, YES Bank, SAIL, NMDC and PNB were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of DU Digital Technologies Ltd., Esab India, HLE Glasscoat, Dynamatic Tech and ABB Power hit their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade, while Grand Foundry, CarTrade Tech Ltd., AmaraRaja Batteries, Hero MotoCorp and Radha Madhav hit their fresh 52-week lows.
