Brigade Enterprises (up 3.6 per cent), SOBHA (up 3.05 per cent), Prestige Estates Projects (up 1.32 per cent), Sunteck Realty (up 0.43 per cent) and Oberoi Realty (up 0.26 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Indiabulls Real Estate (down 0.68 per cent), Hemisphere Properties India (down 0.24 per cent) and DLF (down 0.16 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index was up 0.38 per cent at 386.0 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 26.4 points at 16957.45, while the BSE Sensex was up 111.14 points at 57000.9.
