NEW DELHI: Zee Ent. (Rs. 3192.52 crore), IRCTC (Rs. 1819.39 crore), Bharti Airtel (Rs. 1149.07 crore), Tata Power (Rs. 584.90 crore), HDFC Bank (Rs. 492.33 crore), Kotak Bank (Rs. 408.07 crore), Indian Energy Exchg (Rs. 381.94 crore), Ami Organics Ltd. (Rs. 380.20 crore), Zomato Ltd. (Rs. 362.67 crore) and ONGC (Rs. 329.25 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:45AM in Wednesday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index traded 81.85 points up at 17461.85, while BSE Sensex was up 273.54 points at 58520.63 as of 10:45AM (IST) on September 15.
In the Nifty index, NTPC Ltd. (up 4.49 per cent), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (up 3.63 per cent), Bharti Airtel Ltd. (up 3.24 per cent), Titan Company Ltd. (up 3.09 per cent) and Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (up 1.98 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (down 0.72 per cent), JSW Steel Ltd. (down 0.60 per cent), Axis Bank Ltd. (down 0.59 per cent), Grasim Industries Ltd. (down 0.49 per cent) and Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (down 0.41 per cent) were among the top losers.
