NEW DELHI: ITC (Rs. 1865.81 crore), Bharti Airtel (Rs. 1336.84 crore), IndusInd Bank (Rs. 1011.49 crore), TCS (Rs. 690.58 crore), Vodafone Idea (Rs. 662.70 crore), Indus Towers (Rs. 511.09 crore), IRCTC (Rs. 480.72 crore), Zee Ent. (Rs. 455.72 crore), BPCL (Rs. 437.85 crore) and Info Edge (Rs. 387.62 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:30AM in Thursday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index traded 42.2 points up at 17561.65, while BSE Sensex was up 151.7 points at 58874.9 as of 10:30AM (IST) on September 16.
In the Nifty index, IndusInd Bank Ltd. (up 7.96 per cent), ITC Ltd. (up 7.57 per cent), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (up 1.35 per cent), Bajaj Auto Ltd. (up 1.33 per cent) and State Bank of India (up 1.27 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (down 10.21 per cent), Coal India Ltd. (down 1.27 per cent), Tech Mahindra Ltd. (down 0.87 per cent), Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (down 0.82 per cent) and Titan Company Ltd. (down 0.73 per cent) were among the top losers.
