NEW DELHI: Vodafone Idea (Rs. 159.23 crore), Adani Transmission (Rs. 60.50 crore), IRCTC (Rs. 53.96 crore), ITC (Rs. 53.47 crore), YES Bank (Rs. 43.41 crore), SBI (Rs. 30.22 crore), Tata Steel (Rs. 25.72 crore), Bajaj Finance (Rs. 23.01 crore), RIL (Rs. 22.19 crore) and Apollo Hospital (Rs. 20.06 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:29AM in Friday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index traded 138.2 points up at 17767.7, while BSE Sensex was up 439.03 points at 59580.19 as of 10:29AM (IST) on September 17.
In the Nifty index, Bajaj Finserv Ltd. (up 3.36 per cent), Bajaj Finance Ltd. (up 3.10 per cent), Eicher Motors Ltd. (up 2.09 per cent), Axis Bank Ltd. (up 2.04 per cent) and Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (up 1.93 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Tata Steel Ltd. (down 2.67 per cent), JSW Steel Ltd. (down 1.23 per cent), UPL Ltd. (down 0.68 per cent), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (down 0.51 per cent) and Hindalco Industries Ltd. (down 0.30 per cent) were among the top losers.
