NEW DELHI: HDFC Bank (Rs. 420.52 crore), DLF (Rs. 416.60 crore), Tata Steel (Rs. 386.09 crore), PVR (Rs. 357.17 crore), Tata Chemicals (Rs. 324.60 crore), Zee Ent. (Rs. 303.35 crore), RIL (Rs. 299.54 crore), IRCTC (Rs. 287.46 crore), Maruti Suzuki (Rs. 284.87 crore) and Tata Motors (Rs. 272.51 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 09:59AM in Monday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index traded 46.45 points up at 17899.65, while BSE Sensex was up 190.36 points at 60238.83 as of 09:59AM (IST) on September 27.
In the Nifty index, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. (up 2.50 per cent), Tata Motors Ltd. (up 2.42 per cent), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (up 2.31 per cent), HDFC Bank Ltd. (up 2.04 per cent) and Hindalco Industries Ltd. (up 1.66 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, HCL Technologies Ltd. (down 2.22 per cent), Wipro Ltd. (down 2.21 per cent), Divi’s Laboratories Ltd. (down 1.97 per cent), Tech Mahindra Ltd. (down 1.87 per cent) and Cipla Ltd. (down 1.15 per cent) were among the top losers.
