Dodla Dairy(up 4.16%), Parag Milk(up 3.60%), Godrej Consumer Products(up 2.15%), Umang Dairies(up 1.85%), P & G Hygiene(up 1.41%), Future Consumer(up 1.41%), Varun Beverages(up 1.34%), JHS Svendgaard Laboratories(up 1.04%), Jyothy Labs(up 0.99%) and Prataap Snacks(up 0.98%) were among the top gainers.
Emami(down 1.19%), Colgate Palmolive(India)(down 0.72%), Dabur India(down 0.67%), EIFFL(down 0.66%), TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS(down 0.64%), Tasty Bite Eatables(down 0.58%), DFM Foods(down 0.47%), Mrs Bectors Food Specialities(down 0.30%), Zydus Wellness(down 0.22%) and ADF Foods(down 0.18%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 4.95 points down at 17850.15, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 82.53 points at 59995.35 at around 10:40AM.
Coal India(up 5.21%), Power Grid Corporation of India(up 4.12%), NTPC(up 3.86%), Indian Oil Corporation(up 2.49%), Titan Company Ltd(up 2.03%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation(up 1.77%), State Bank of India(up 1.65%), Tata Steel(up 1.59%), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(up 1.5%) and Grasim Industries(up 1.46%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, HCL Technologies(down 1.86%), Infosys(down 1.63%), Bharti Airtel(down 1.62%), Divis Laboratories(down 1.61%), Wipro(down 1.55%), Bajaj Finance(down 1.12%), Asian Paints(down 1.05%), Tech Mahindra(down 1.05%), Tata Consultancy(down 0.96%) and HDFC Bank(down 0.86%) were trading in the red.
