Coal India(up 4.76%), KIOCL(up 3.44%), Gujarat Mineral Dvpt Corporation(up 2.30%), Ashapura Minechem(up 1.90%), NMDC Ltd(up 1.82%), Orissa Minerals Development Company(up 1.55%), Madhav Marbles and Granites(up 0.65%), MOIL(up 0.25%) and Aro Granite Industries(up 0.24%) were among the top gainers.
Pokarna(down 1.19%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 2.55 points down at 17852.55, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 71.74 points at 60006.14 at around 10:35AM.
Coal India(up 4.7%), Power Grid Corporation of India(up 4.29%), NTPC(up 3.74%), Indian Oil Corporation(up 2.36%), Titan Company Ltd(up 2.09%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation(up 1.85%), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(up 1.61%), Grasim Industries(up 1.59%), HDFC LIFE INSURANCE(up 1.55%) and Tata Steel(up 1.53%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, HCL Technologies(down 1.75%), Infosys(down 1.53%), Wipro(down 1.48%), Bharti Airtel(down 1.25%), Divis Laboratories(down 1.17%), Bajaj Finance(down 1.17%), Asian Paints(down 1.07%), Tech Mahindra(down 0.98%), Tata Consultancy(down 0.91%) and HDFC Bank(down 0.78%) were trading in the red.
