Sensex rises! These stocks are up over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green on Wednesday amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that rallied over 10% included, G G Dandekar(14.29%), Cords Cable Ind(13.55%), Bharat Gears(12.78%), AksharChem Ltd(11.45%), GeeCee Ventures(11.4%), Panchsheel Org(10.8%), Sanghvi Movers(10.56%), Panama Petro(10.1%), PlatinumOne Business Services Ltd.(10.0%) and Taylormade Renewable(10.0%).

The 30-share Sensex traded 54.88 points up at 59799.76, while the 50-share Nifty index rose 13.55 points to 17835.85.

In the Nifty 50 index, 19 stocks traded in the green, while 31 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as Kranti Industries, TCM Ltd, Sprayking Agro Equip, G G Dandekar and Bharat Gears hit their fresh 52-week high, while SBL Infratech Ltd., Nova Pub, Aroma Enterpris, Paos Industries and Shalimar Prod touched their new 52-week low in trade.
