Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers (down 1.69%), Bohra Industries(down 1.23%), Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers(down 0.93%), G S F C(down 0.65%), Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chem(down 0.45%), Aries Agro(down 0.17%) and Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals(down 0.12%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 129.6 points up at 17919.95, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 446.34 points at 60124.17 at around 10:55AM.
Tata Steel(up 2.08%), Infosys(up 2.07%), Wipro(up 1.91%), Tata Consultancy(up 1.71%), Tata Motors(up 1.46%), Eicher Motors(up 1.33%), Larsen & Toubro(up 1.32%), Reliance Industries(up 1.22%), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(up 1.15%) and Tech Mahindra(up 1.11%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Coal India(down 2.83%), Hindustan Unilever(down 0.9%), NTPC(down 0.67%), Divis Laboratories(down 0.5%), Shree Cement(down 0.31%), Nestle India(down 0.3%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation(down 0.29%), Titan Company Ltd(down 0.23%), Asian Paints(down 0.18%) and Indian Oil Corporation(down 0.15%) were trading in the red.
