The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 135.6 points up at 17925.95, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 486.85 points at 60164.68 at around 10:35AM.
Wipro(up 1.93%), Tata Steel(up 1.9%), Tata Motors(up 1.85%), Infosys(up 1.71%), Tata Consultancy(up 1.57%), Reliance Industries(up 1.54%), Eicher Motors(up 1.36%), Bajaj Finserv(up 1.29%), Tech Mahindra(up 1.2%) and Hindalco Industries(up 1.02%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Coal India(down 2.57%), Hindustan Unilever(down 0.67%), NTPC(down 0.6%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation(down 0.36%), Divis Laboratories(down 0.28%), Shree Cement(down 0.22%), Nestle India(down 0.21%) and Titan Company Ltd(down 0.16%) were trading in the red.
