NEW DELHI: Tata Motors(Rs. 2182.66 crore), Tata Power(Rs. 1020.55 crore), Indian Energy Exchg(Rs. 711.32 crore), Delta Corp(Rs. 707.45 crore), HCL Tech(Rs. 623.57 crore), IRCTC(Rs. 571.38 crore), TCS(Rs. 566.98 crore), SBI(Rs. 452.37 crore), ITC(Rs. 343.21 crore) and Infosys(Rs. 339.61 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:25AM in Tuesday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index traded 5.0 points down at 17940.95, while BSE Sensex was down 35.22 points at 60100.56 as of 10:25AM(IST)on October 12.
In the Nifty index, Bajaj Auto Ltd.(up 3.58 per cent), Titan Company Ltd.(up 3.17 per cent), Tata Motors Ltd.(up 1.92 per cent), Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(up 1.89 per cent) and Eicher Motors Ltd.(up 1.73 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, HCL Technologies Ltd.(down 4.06 per cent), Tech Mahindra Ltd.(down 1.57 per cent), Coal India Ltd.(down 1.14 per cent), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(down 1.00 per cent) and Infosys Ltd.(down 0.93 per cent) were among the top losers.
