NEW DELHI: Vodafone Idea(number of shares traded: 5.79 crore), Syncom Form(number of shares traded: 2.36 crore), JP Power(number of shares traded: 1.81 crore), JCT Ltd(number of shares traded: 1.66 crore), Reliance Power(number of shares traded: 1.45 crore), Suzlon Energy(number of shares traded: 0.96 crore), Trident Ltd(number of shares traded: 0.82 crore), YES Bank(number of shares traded: 0.80 crore), MFL India(number of shares traded: 0.75 crore) and Urja Global(number of shares traded: 0.69 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 11:26AM in Tuesday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index was trading 10.7 points down at 17935.25, while BSE Sensex was down 37.23 points at 60098.55 at the time of writing this report.
In the Nifty index, Titan Company Ltd.(up 3.88 per cent), Bajaj Auto Ltd.(up 3.10 per cent), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(up 3.01 per cent), Eicher Motors Ltd.(up 2.50 per cent) and Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(up 1.97 per cent) were among the top gainers.
While HCL Technologies Ltd.(down 4.39 per cent), Tech Mahindra Ltd.(down 2.11 per cent), Coal India Ltd.(down 1.47 per cent), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(down 1.19 per cent) and HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd.(down 1.09 per cent) were among the top losers in the index.
