Gold
The US dollar retracing some of its recent gains resulted in gold gaining more than 1% during last week.
Silver
Being a more volatile bullion, silver’s weekly gains were more than 2%.
Platinum also surged due to strength in other industrial commodities and ended the week with a gain of 2.6%.
WTI Crude
Due to strong demand and tight supplies, crude oil jumped by another 4% during last week and hit a new 3 year high.
