Vaksons Automobiles(up 20.0%), Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd.(up 20.0%), Bothra Metals(up 19.89%), Nalin Lease Fin(up 17.95%), Real Strips(up 17.32%), JTL Infra(up 16.9%), Arfin India(up 16.05%) and Amrit Corp.(up 15.04%) were among the stocks that surged over 15%.
The 30-share index, BSE was trading 469.32 points up at 61775.27, while the 50-share index, NSE was 158.6 points up at 18497.15.
In the Nifty50 index, 37 stocks traded in the green, while 13 stocks were in the red.
Stocks such as Vaksons Automobiles, Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd., Nalin Lease Fin, JTL Infra and Arfin India hit their fresh 52-week high, while JLAInfraville&Shop, Texel Ind(PP), MFS Intercorp, Jiya Eco Products Lt and Rajvir Ind touched their new 52-week low during the session.
