NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Wednesday.
These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Goblin India(13.33%), Econo Trade(I)(12.64%), Ortin Labs(11.87%), The Mandhana Retail(11.57%), Captain Pipes(11.09%) and Dhabriya Polywood(10.24%).
The 30-share Sensex ended 456.09 points down at 61259.96, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 152.15 points down at 18266.6.
In the Nifty 50 index, 11 stocks ended in the green, while 39 stocks closed in the red.
Meanwhile, stocks such as Arihant Found, Gensol Engg, Transport Corp, Universal Autofoundr and Mukta Arts hit their fresh 52-week high, while Kapil Raj Finance, SBL Infratech Ltd., Texel Ind(PP), Joy Realty and Nutech Global touched their new 52-week low in today’s trade.
