Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals(down 1.37%), Coromandel International(down 0.71%) and Madhya Bharat Agro Products(down 0.22%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 130.15 points up at 18255.55, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 416.51 points at 61383.56 at around 09:59AM.
Tech Mahindra(up 5.88%), Tata Motors(up 3.85%), Bajaj Finance(up 2.83%), SBI Life(up 2.18%), Titan Company Ltd(up 2.06%), UPL Ltd(up 1.97%), Tata Steel(up 1.9%), Bharti Airtel(up 1.75%), Grasim Industries(up 1.6%) and Bajaj Finserv(up 1.47%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, ICICI Bank(down 1.11%), Axis Bank(down 0.98%), Hindustan Unilever(down 0.44%), Power Grid Corporation of India(down 0.31%), Kotak Mahindra Bank(down 0.27%), Dr Reddys Laboratories(down 0.21%) and Coal India(down 0.03%) were trading in the red.
