Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals(down 2.33%), Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chem(down 2.09%), Aries Agro(down 1.55%), Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals(down 1.21%), Coromandel International(down 1.15%), Madhya Bharat Agro Products(down 0.75%), KRISHANA(down 0.34%) and ZUARIAGRO(down 0.04%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 32.8 points up at 17890.05, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 89.64 points at 60074.34 at around 10:41AM.
Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(up 2.41%), Tata Steel(up 2.25%), Mahindra & Mahindra(up 1.91%), JSW Steel(up 1.83%), State Bank of India(up 1.73%), Tata Motors(up 1.64%), Divis Laboratories(up 1.54%), Coal India(up 1.5%), HCL Technologies(up 1.45%) and Maruti Suzuki(up 1.39%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, HDFC(down 1.69%), Kotak Mahindra Bank(down 1.61%), NTPC(down 0.98%), Wipro(down 0.78%), IndusInd Bank(down 0.77%), Eicher Motors(down 0.53%), Reliance Industries(down 0.45%), Asian Paints(down 0.4%), Nestle India(down 0.29%) and Hindustan Unilever(down 0.29%) were trading in the red.
