These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Sudal Inds(14.85%), Aarti Surfactants(13.77%), Shreyas Ship(13.35%), Sadhana Nitro(12.7%), Transport Corp(12.7%), Aki India(12.62%), Roni Households(12.12%), Share India Sec(11.99%), Menon Pistons(11.93%) and RBL Bank(11.82%).
The 30-share Sensex ended 109.4 points down at 60029.06, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 40.7 points down at 17888.95.
In the Nifty 50 index, 22 stocks ended in the green, while 28 stocks closed in the red.
Meanwhile, stocks such as RPP Infra Proj(PP), Allcargo Logistics, Amco India, K P Energy Ltd. and Natural Capsule hit their fresh 52-week high, while Bharti Airtel(PP), Raw Edge Industrial, Bayer Cropsc., Sharanam Infra and Rajasthan Petro touched their new 52-week low in today’s trade.
