Oriental Trimex(down 3.43%), NMDC Ltd(down 1.79%), Aro Granite Industries(down 1.08%), Madhav Marbles and Granites(down 0.46%), Gujarat Mineral Dvpt Corporation(down 0.13%) and KIOCL(down 0.11%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 4.05 points up at 17933.7, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 8.45 points at 60146.91 at around 10:14AM.
Maruti Suzuki(up 3.5%), NTPC(up 3.09%), Bajaj Finserv(up 1.55%), Bajaj Auto(up 1.44%), Tata Motors(up 1.3%), Bajaj Finance(up 1.21%), Power Grid Corporation of India(up 1.09%), Titan Company Ltd(up 1.07%), Coal India(up 1.02%) and HDFC LIFE INSURANCE(up 0.89%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries(down 3.39%), Dr Reddys Laboratories(down 1.53%), UPL Ltd(down 1.03%), Hindalco Industries(down 0.99%), Tech Mahindra(down 0.95%), Tata Steel(down 0.92%), JSW Steel(down 0.86%), IndusInd Bank(down 0.81%), Reliance Industries(down 0.81%) and Cipla(down 0.74%) were trading in the red.
