Petronet LNG Share Price: Petronet LNG shares up 0.09% as Sensex rises

Shares of Ltd. gained 0.09 per cent to Rs 231.85 in Monday’s session as of 01:15PM (IST) even as the equity benchmark Sensex traded 381.86 points higher at 60449.48.

Earlier in the day, the stock witnessed a gap up start to the session. The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 275.25 and a 52-week low of Rs 211.5 on NSE. Around 21681 shares changed hands on the counter till 01:15PM (IST).

The stock opened at Rs 232.0 and has touched an intraday high and low of Rs 232.4 and Rs 229.55 during the session so far. The stock quoted a price-to-earnings (PE) ratio of 11.19, earnings per share (EPS) of Rs 20.73 and price to book value (PB) of 2.86, while the return on equity (ROE) stood at Rs 24.89.

The promoters held 50.0 per cent stake in the company as of November 08, while FII and MF ownerships stood at 32.13 per cent and 4.39 per cent, respectively.

For the quarter ended 30-Jun-2021, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 8666.47 crore, up 13.67 per cent from the previous quarter?s Rs 7624.47 crore and up 75.01 per cent from the same quarter a year ago. The company reported net profit of Rs 670.06 crore for the latest quarter, up 34.07 per cent from the corresponding quarter last year.
