NEW DELHI: RIL(Rs. 4799.48 crore), One97 Communications Ltd.(Rs. 2340.36 crore), Latent View Analytics Ltd.(Rs. 1457.62 crore), Vedanta (Rs. 1455.42 crore), ICICI Bank(Rs. 1331.85 crore), Tata Power(Rs. 1238.68 crore), Zee Ent.(Rs. 1040.66 crore), Apollo Hospital(Rs. 878.88 crore), IRCTC(Rs. 782.00 crore) and Ibull Housing Fin(Rs. 781.22 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Thursday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index ended the session 121.2 points up at 17536.25, while BSE Sensex rose 454.1 points to 58795.09.
In the Nifty index, Reliance Industries Ltd.(up 6.02 per cent), Divi’s Laboratories Ltd.(up 2.50 per cent), ITC Ltd.(up 1.58 per cent), Infosys Ltd.(up 1.56 per cent) and Tech Mahindra Ltd.(up 1.38 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.(down 1.53 per cent), Britannia Industries Ltd.(down 1.38 per cent), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.(down 1.26 per cent), ICICI Bank Ltd.(down 1.20 per cent) and IndusInd Bank Ltd.(down 1.14 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
