Indiabulls Real Estate (up 1.99 per cent), DLF (up 1.52 per cent), Oberoi Realty (up 0.72 per cent) and Phoenix Mills (up 0.21 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Prestige Estates Projects (down 1.32 per cent), Brigade Enterprises (down 0.85 per cent), Sunteck Realty (down 0.81 per cent), Hemisphere Properties India (down 0.73 per cent) and SOBHA (down 0.71 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index was up 0.35 per cent at 404.85 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 62.1 points at 16300.3, while the BSE Sensex was up 229.2 points at 54506.92.
