Phoenix Mills (up 2.17 per cent), Sunteck Realty (up 1.76 per cent), Brigade Enterprises (up 0.58 per cent) and Indiabulls Real Estate (up 0.11 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Hemisphere Properties India (down 0.64 per cent), Godrej Properties (down 0.42 per cent), DLF (down 0.26 per cent), SOBHA (down 0.19 per cent) and Prestige Estates Projects (down 0.16 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index was up 0.13 per cent at 423.25 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 1.55 points at 17521.0, while the BSE Sensex was up 122.2 points at 58845.4.
