Transformers and Rectifiers(India)(up 6.53%), Tata Power Company(up 5.22%), Karma Energy(up 4.80%), Energy Development Company(up 4.65%), NTL(up 4.55%), Indowind Energy(up 4.41%), Suzlon Energy(up 4.41%), Adani Transmissions(up 3.61%), ADANIGREEN(up 3.48%) and Adani Power(up 2.60%) were among the top gainers.
PIGL(down 4.93%), Reliance Power(down 1.46%), Voltamp Transformers(down 0.98%), ABBPP&SLTD(down 0.88%) and SJVN(down 0.70%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 10.3 points down at 17680.95, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 63.43 points at 59235.89 at around 11:11AM.
Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(up 7.35%), Indian Oil Corporation(up 2.97%), Coal India(up 2.45%), Bharti Airtel(up 2.05%), UPL Ltd(up 1.56%), Asian Paints(up 1.3%), IndusInd Bank(up 1.17%), Larsen & Toubro(up 1.15%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation(up 1.11%) and Tata Motors(up 1.07%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Cipla(down 2.89%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries(down 1.34%), Shree Cement(down 1.34%), Dr Reddys Laboratories(down 1.05%), ICICI Bank(down 0.98%), Divis Laboratories(down 0.97%), State Bank of India(down 0.85%), Hindalco Industries(down 0.85%), Tech Mahindra(down 0.83%) and Infosys(down 0.78%) were trading in the red.
