NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green on Wednesday amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Stocks that rallied over 10% included, RTCL Ltd(14.3%), Jenburkt Pharma(14.16%), KDDL Ltd(13.69%), Venus Remedies(13.15%), Goldiam Intnl(11.94%), Triveni Turbine(11.22%), Rodium Realty(10.87%), Shiva Cement(10.61%), Anjani Finance(10.42%) and Hindustan Hardy(10.0%).
The 30-share Sensex traded 12.74 points down at 61337.52, while the 50-share Nifty index fell 3.85 points to 18272.25.
In the Nifty 50 index, 29 stocks traded in the green, while 21 stocks were in the red.
Stocks such as Transport Corp, RTCL Ltd, Jenburkt Pharma, Goldiam Intnl and Triveni Turbine hit their fresh 52-week high, while Nexus Commoditie, SREI Infra Fin, Arman Holdings, Advance Lifestyles Ltd. and ThirdwaveFinIntrm touched their new 52-week low in trade.
